    The Spark

    Share Your Vision

    Tell us about your event — the type, the setting and your branding. Our tents are modular, so we can scale to suit away days, product launches, festivals and everything in between. To get started, just share your requirements, a location and a date — rough ideas are totally fine.

    The Blueprint

    Plan Together

    We’ll arrange a call to talk through your plans in detail, confirming details. Once you’re happy, a deposit secures your structures and furniture for the event. From there, we can carry out a site visit, confirm the positioning of the structures, access for build, and how the event will flow. We can send over all relevant documents – RAMs, Insurance, Certifications & MUTA membership.

    The Event

    The Day Approaches

    Once the layout and any final adjustments are set, we can confirm the install date weeks before your event and handle the build to work in your schedule —We’ll then hand everything over to you or your event manager with a full run-through.
