“Above and beyond our expectations”

The Fjell team went above and beyond our expectations. Their service and communication from our initial inquiry to the take down after the wedding was excellent - so professional. They were extremely flexible allowing us to add/remove items during the quotation phase and onsite during set up. We had our reception in a field with difficult access issues and demanding land owners and it didn't faze them. They were punctual, polite and friendly. We owe our whole special day to them - thank you.

Why did you book? We booked because they responded extremely fast to our inquiry with an excellent quote. Their website was appealing and showed off the potential of the
tipis. It was so informative and also had a link to photos from actual weddings they had done so we could imagine how our day could be. They also had a large accessory hire list which was helpful for those finishing touches. They are a family run business based in the heart of the Lake District. As they were local to our chosen area they had a lot of local knowledge of the Lake District, including suppliers we could use. The icing on the cake was they allowed us to have the tipi's for an additional day so we could have an informal, chill out, wedding hangover day - after the wedding. They also came out on a very cold November morning for a site survey and put the landowners mind at rest regarding set up etc. This was again went above and beyond.
